Emine Comer, MSN, CPNP, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

A true Florida native, Mrs. Comer was born and raised in Jacksonville and has lived in several cities across the state. She attended the University of Florida in Gainesville for her undergraduate studies and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2005. After spending two years in Orlando as an RN at Florida Hospital, she decided to continue her education and become a pediatric NP. She moved back to Gainesville where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from UF in 2008. For the last 2 years Mrs. Comer has been working with a private pediatrician in the Kissimmee/St. Cloud area. In May of 2010 she relocated to the Melbourne area to be closer to relatives and met Dr. Helft after the birth of her son in June 2010.

Mrs. Comer is a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in primary care and a Fellow of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. Currently she resides in West Melbourne with her husband Matthew, son Evan Alexander and two cats.
